Custom Douglas Fir Timber Frame Home

This timber frame ski home sits peacefully atop one of the many Catskill Mountains in Windham, New York. The home was built using Douglas Fir timbers and mortise and tenon joinery – with wooden pegs to secure the structure. The elaborate home is 8,400 square feet and provides a convenient ski-on, ski-off feature for its owners.
