I have lived in Florida since the early 1930’s and without air conditioning until the late 1960’s. I have always felt that Florida did indeed have many, many months where A/C was not necessary, allowing the occupants a more natural and healthy lifestyle. However, many people have turned away from the original Florida designed houses and built homes that require A/C most of the year, regardless of the weather conditions.I am a retired architect who specialized in commercial work. When, in my retirement years I decided to design my own home, I chose to use the latest technologies along with the designs of the old Florida houses (Cracker Houses), so I could have the option of leaving the house open to the fresh air. I think I have created a house that is a perfect fit for my wife and I and our lifestyle.

We have had the privilege of staying in this beautiful home. The eco-friendly design has been extremely well thought out with emphasis on conservation and comfort, taking full advantage of all of Florida's assets. It is the perfect blending of functionality and old Florida charm. This very impressive home is a fine example of what a "green" house should be.
Hello...
There is nothing more important than a good, safe and secure home.
You have created a perfect house for your family and it is really a beautiful house. My cousin also wants to buy a new house in Florida. He consulted to a real estate attorney Florida at http://www.coomberlaw.com. They assisted him with the best deals. Last month he bought his new house and he loved his new house in Florida.
