When I climb up a ladder to work, I never have enough room for all my tools and accessories. To solve this problem, I screwed a leather tool pouch on the side of my ladder. I used one with a high inside pocket and cut out its bottom seam, which turned it into a drill holster. Now my ladder does double duty by carrying me and my tools.
