Have you ever wished you had a disk sander? If you have a tablesaw, you’ve already got one. Simply grind the teeth off an old blade — if you have a 10-in. saw, a 12-in. blade with the teeth removed will likely fit. Stick a sanding disk onto the toothless blade with some contact cement, and you’re ready to go. You can even use your miter gauge to assist in sanding different angles.
