With a tool capacity of three finish nailers and a cfm of 3.3 at 90 psi (coming from a 2.6-gal. tank), the Makita MAC700 packs more punch than other hot dog compressors. Its cast-iron cylinder increases pump life, and although easily damaged, the aluminum fins mounted on the intake coil aid in cooling the air, which decreases the strain on the motor. The glass window on the oil pan makes it easy to monitor the oil level.
