The hammer drill and the saw in this cordless combo kit from Panasonic work a long time on a single charge
Panasonic’s cordless combo kit features endurance champions but below average controls and adjustments. Both the hammer drill and the saw won their respective endurance tests. The drill has a great grip. The light-duty circular saw’s adjustment knobs are too small, the depth-adjustment lever interfered with the shoe, and the trigger-switch lock was stiff and often prevented the tool from being turned on. Blade-changing was marginal because the blade guard interfered with the new blade as it was installed. The 65-minute charging system is good.
