Tool Review: Milwaukee's New 12-in. Miter Saw
Finish carpenter Kit Camp revisits the "best overall" in the 12-in miter-saw category
Fine Homebuilding editor Justin Fink walks you through the most distinctive features of the new 12-in. sliding compound-miter saw from Milwaukee. Finish carpenter Kit Camp calls the saw “clean and velvety” and also says it is “well-balanced and comfortable to carry.” Its features include a wide dust-collection bag, incandescent lights as opposed to a laser, and an extremely accurate digital miter-adjustment system. Milwaukee’s miter saw wasn’t available when Kit reviewed a half-dozen other saws for the magazine, but if it had been, Kit would have ranked it best overall.
