A Major Tune-Up Revives a Tired Kitchen
Knowing what to keep is as important as knowing what to throw overboard
This kitchen had no place for guests to congregate, insufficient lighting, and not enough storage space. The good news? The floor plan worked. So designer Julia Williams set about refining the kitchen, extending the cabinets to the ceiling, adding an eating bar to the counter (complete with a pop-up outlet), punching up the lighting strategy, and tricking out the cabinets and pantry with handy storage solvers.
