Moen’s Flushmount body sprays install flat against a shower wall and pivot up to 20° in any direction. Moen says the spiral-shaped nozzle produces an invigorating water spray with an output of 2 gal. per minute (less than a standard 2.5-gpm showerhead). Spray heads are available in 5-3⁄8-in.-dia. round and 5-3⁄8-in. square shapes, which allow seamless installation with standard 6-in. tile. An adjustable mounting bracket simplifies installation. Finishes include chrome, brushed nickel, and oil-rubbed bronze. Prices range from $148 to $200, depending on finish.
