FP2028 Compact Air Compressor
This ultra-compact compressor from Campbell Hausfeld comes in at just 12.7 lbs. and has a built in tray to hold a a few nails
Feature: It canʼt be denied that thereʼs something attractive about using a compressor thatʼs so small – it is only slightly bigger than a teapot and at 12.7 lbs doesnʼt weigh much more than a full one. Thereʼs a small tray built into the housing that could hold a few nails, or some small air accessories.
Flaw: Just as its size canʼt be denied, it also canʼt be denied that this compressor is really only useful for the smallest of tasks. It struggled to pump up a small pickup tire, one of itʼs stated uses. For such a small compressor that takes such a long time to get up to pressure, itʼs very loud. At 92 db, itʼs tied as the loudest of the small compressors.
Bottom Line: Thereʼs not much chance you would see this compressor on a job site, however, if your main purpose was to have a small compressor that didnʼt take up much space and keep it in your garage or mud room to blow up basketballs, or occasionally nail or staple something together, than the price canʼt be beat and it may be just the compressor that youʼre looking for.
