The rig in the drawings shows the setup I use to spray-paint four doors at once. The offset arms give me access to all the edges, while the chair glides nailed to the bottoms of the doors lift them up enough so that the paint won’t stick them to the floor.

Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.
