Rounding out a group that already includes value-priced Porter-Cable and professional-grade DeWalt power tools, parent company Stanley Black & Decker is now releasing a line of midmarket Bostitch-branded power tools. Reportedly aiming to compete with Ridgid power tools, which are sold exclusively at The Home Depot, the new Bostitch offerings will be lining the shelves at Walmart. Offerings will include an 18v cordless drill-driver, an 18v cordless impact driver, a 3⁄8-in. drill, a 1⁄2-in. hammer drill, a 7-1⁄4-in. circular saw, a jigsaw, a reciprocating saw, and a 4-1⁄2-in. angle grinder.
