I started building long before the advent of all-terrain forklifts. Some of my favorite challenges have been figuring out how to move and place really heavy objects like beams or stones using simple machines such as jacks and levers – Egyptianing, I call it, as a nod to those early practical engineers. I used to think I was pretty good at Egyptianing, but the guy in this video makes me look like a rank amateur.

Fantastic idea! This also has great relevance to other pre-industrial engineering feats, including especially the Moai on Rapanui (a.k.a.the Easter Island Stone heads).
