Finish Nailer with a Boost
Learn how to make a quick jig for your finish nailer to ensure precise depth control.
Tacking a piece of trim in place is a terrific way to mark the length or to scribe a line, but what if you’ve got a finish nailer that’s set on burying its nails to finished depth? The solution: a quick jig that rides on the trim. The safety of the finish nailer bottoms out on the jig, and the nail goes in the notch, leaving it proud for pulling later.
