Kohler’s new Sweep Spray replaces the circular pattern of kitchen faucet sprays with a concentrated “blade” of water designed to slice debris off dishware more effectively than traditional sprays. Using angled nozzles to gain more force and better control, the new spray is also said to effective at getting into hard-to reach sink corners. Unveiled in March, the spray is available on Kohler’s Cruette, Bellera, Simplice and Sensate (touchless) faucets. All four also feature the manufacturer’s DockNetic magnetic docking system.
Sweep-spray-equipped faucets are available at home centers and kitchen retailers. Prices start at $280 (Cruette and Bellera). Sweep-spray models are available in polished chrome, stainless, and matte black (except for Sensate, which is not available in black). Check them out on Kohler’s website.
