If you’re looking for a portable worklight that’s a lot brighter and more stable than the rechargeable flashlight that came with your cordless combo kit, consider the DeWalt DCL 061. This LED worklight has an angle-adjustable beam and can be powered by DeWalt’s 18v pod-style batteries, DeWalt’s 20v slide on batteries, or AC power. When the light is running on AC power, you can use the on-board outlet for plugging in power tools or additional lights. I recently used one of these lights while air-sealing an attic, and it was great having plenty of illumination without needing to drag a cord around. The $110 light runs for 2-1/2 hours on a 4-amp battery.
