If you have to cut a paving stone or concrete block with an angle grinder, you could cut it dry and get a face full of dust and possibly ruin the blade, but there’s a better way.
Anytime you’re cutting masonry with an angle grinder it’s a good idea lubricate the cut with water. It will cool the blade and keep the dust down. So presumably the "dry cutting" blades sold for angle grinders are OK for wet cutting as well.
