Northwest Mid-Century Modern

Saul Zaik is a famous Portland architect that’s been building mid-centruy modern homes in the Pacifc Northwest since 1952. I was fortunate enough to photograph a restoriation of one of his earlier homes by Jessica Helgerson Interior Design. Over the years, this house had been through many additions that didn’t quite fit the original look and feel. Jessica and her team took great care to remodel the additions to match the style of Saul’s original design. The end result is a beautiful home that is classic Nortwest Mid-Century Modern.
