Simple Palette and Clean Lines in a Galley Kitchen
A lot of planning goes into a space that seems to flow from beginning to end.
This galley kitchen is deceptively simple. A lot of planning goes into a space that seems to flow from beginning to end. The cathedral ceilings and white paint make the tiny footprint feel larger. Well-thought-out storage on the left side provides everything that’s needed for a gourmet kitchen. The library ladder is both an aesthetic bonus and practical solution for storage access. The door on the back wall opens to a small grilling area.
This house is part of the latest Taunton book, the new small house, which I photographed along with Susan Teare — another “Through the Lens” photographer.
