Spring-Clamp Upgrade

Take your spring-clamp to the next level with this tip.

When you have a spring-clamp that lost the soft pads on the clamping jaws long ago but still has intact handgrips, just slide off the handgrips, trim about an inch off their open ends, and slip them on the business ends of the clamp.
