Simple Materials- Elegant Space

A board formed concrete wall and brushed Corten steel door, along with a “floating” wood bench provide this outdoor space with an intimate flavor. Placing a bench in this small outdoor alcove creates a space to enjoy the outside while being protected from the elements.  Using visible brackets to support the bench calls your attention to the construction and elegant use of materials.
