It’s hard to imagine a more inviting spot to relax and enjoy a summer on Martha’s Vineyard than this lovely screened porch. Attached to a small guest house, the porch opens on to a walkway to the private pier, where your boat can take you anywhere you’d like to go. Across the water lies the island of Chappaquiddick. Southwestern exposure provides abundant afternoon sunlight. The porch itself is modest and rustic, once again demonstrating that it doesn’t take much to make a nice space, especially when there’s a view like this one!
