A few years ago I had the opportunity to shoot a historic house that was being put up for auction because there were no heirs to inherit the place. The house was unspoiled and many rooms were beautiful examples of design styles from previous generations, like this bathroom. I’m guessing that it was built in the 1920’s, and it appeared to be untouched, with all the fixtures in excellent condition. The breeze was blowing, moving the diaphanous curtains and making a ghostlike appearance during the long exposure.
