Bright white painted MDF makes this basement bunk room fresh and airy. I love that the beds are designed as part of the room, with openings at each end, and that the designer added a double bed, which breaks up the traditional stacked bunk layout — perfect for families or couples. Who wouldn’t want to cozy up here after a day on the mountain? When I shot this on a sizzling hot summer day, this room was very cool and comfortable. A great space to sleep and hang out in at any time of the year!
