Besides the corded screw-gun and the all-manual lifting, I didn't notice any changes. Btw, what year was "then"? Surely it didn't predate modern flashing techniques for window & door ROs. ;-)

Really, I see nothing different here than was being done 30+ years ago in the trade. I was waiting to see something new and then the video ended. So I guess we saw everything we were being asked to see and rate against past times.
That looks like poly on the outside walls- been a while since we did that. And Ferguson is letting them use nails- last time he wrote about nails, he'd found some in his storeroom, thought about giving them to Habitat for Humanity, then said, "Why would I do that to them?" and threw them in the metal recycling bin.
