A Remodel Redirected
This complete remodel of a lakeshore summer home included a new screened-in porch.
When starting to remodel this lakeshore summer home, some underground drainage issues were discovered in the basement, which led to the decision to tear everything down and start over. The homeowners wanted something understated, comfortable, and homey. The interior was reconfigured and a screened-in porch and front entry were added. The gardens were beautiful even with a considerable amount of shade. They built a fire pit on the side of the house facing the water. Lots of outdoor gear was stored on the porch for paddling and activities on the lake. The house had a great “lived-in” feeling as well as looking like the homeowners were enjoying everything about their new house and the beautiful outdoor environment.

Very nice. Good scale and finish. I would love to see a complete story on this project. Including before and after photos...
So where are the pictures and plans?
