Bosch Dust Extractor
One of the first in a new generation of dust extractors with self-cleaning filters, the Bosch VAC090A has some great features.
When equipped with a HEPA filter, this unit meets HEPA standards for dust collection. The automatic filter-cleaning system cleans the filter every 15 seconds to ensure proper suction. If you plug a tool into the vacuum’s on-board outlet, the vacuum will start automatically when you start the tool and continue to run for a few seconds after you shut it off to clear the hose. Similar to how Festool vacuums accept the company’s Systainer storage boxes, the Bosch vac accepts Bosch’s L-BOXX storage boxes for more-efficient transport and storage. The 9-gal. vac also has on-board hose storage, variable suction, and a 14-ft. cord.
