This bedroom, in a Victorian in San Francisco, is an oasis of calm. Using reclaimed flooring and an all-white palette, the architect creates a sense of a quiet retreat. Claiming space under the slope of the roof for the closet and having built in bookcases keeps everything in its proper place.
