In-Town Home Renovation
This addition not only preserved the character of the home, but also included a larger, updated kitchen, a new sitting area, a new master bedroom, and a new porch.
For this project, preserving the original street side character of this in-town home was paramount. But the original space was not adequate for the family, so the renovation included an addition on the back to allow for a larger, updated kitchen with a new sitting area on the first floor and a new master bedroom with a suite bathroom on the second floor. The family gained a lovely back porch in the process! See below for a list of the materials used in this project.
