Carrying Carpet
Create a handle for an easy way to carry rolled waste carpet
Here is an easy way to carry waste carpet. First, cut the pieces into manageable strips— about 4 ft. to 5 ft. long—with a utility knife. Then roll up each piece and make two parallel 8-in. incisions, about 2 in. apart, in the middle of the roll. Make a longer cut 2 in. wide on the loose end of the roll, and wind it through the two parallel incisions. You now have an easy-to-carry roll—with a handle—that won’t unwind.

Great tip, great drawing Chuck. (That’s coming from the East Bay) ;-)
And somewhere, there's another tip that suggests rolling the old tack strips inside the carpet- that way, they're less likely to claw you like a scared cat.
I also thought for a long time how to care for the carpet. I wondered until I spilled the varnish on the carpet, which made me no longer think, and, having searched the entire Internet, I still found an article on https://houserituals.com/how-to-remove-nail-polish-from-the-carpet/, where it was written how to remove varnish from the carpet. I was lucky that I was able to reanimate my carpet. But thanks to this method, I noticed that in this way I can take care of him. I was just insanely happy, I advise everyone)
