This bath, located off a stair landing, was carved out of quite a small space. It’s no bigger than a coat closet. Using thoughtful design, and a smaller sink with a curved vanity along with wall of mirrored tile, the architect was able create a usable and welcoming space.
Photographing it presents its own unique set of challenges. The door to the bath was removed and a wide lens on a camera designed for shooting buildings comes in handy.
Technical info for those that are interested…. Shot with a Cambo Wide DS technical Camera with a Phase1 IQ260 digital back and a 35mm lens.
