De-dusting Holes in Concrete
Electrical-wire sheathing makes a great extension for fitting into tight places with your compressor's air nozzle.
When you can’t find a short length of tubing, you can use cable sheathing with the wires removed to clean holes in concrete. As shown in the drawing, the sheathing fits on the blowgun’s tip and extends to the bottom of the hole. To make it more efficient, cut a forked end to optimize airflow when making contact with the bottom of the hole. This is a great way to prep holes for epoxy and acrylic adhesives.
