Temporary Trash Can
Rolled-up cardboard floor protection makes a handy trash-bag holder on the job site.
I like using contractor bags for my construction debris, but there’s not always a trash can available to hold the bag open and upright. In those cases, I use cardboard floor protection like Ram Board to hold the bag. I cut a 6-ft.-long piece from the 3-ft.-wide roll, and roll it into a cylinder. A spring clamp holds the bag secure, but is not completely necessary. Once you’re done, the cardboard can be reused for its original purpose.
