| In 1994, Philip Hansell started painting houses. Three years later, he opened a painting company in Austin, Texas. Now based in Durham, N.C., he lives with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, Philip enjoys collecting and restoring antique cash registers and Pontiac muscle cars from the 1960s. He’s currently restoring a ‘64 GTO hardtop to go with his blue ‘64 LeMans convertible. | Brooke Cambridge is the founder and owner of BLC Painting – an award painting company based on the Northshore of Massachusetts. BLC Painting has been featured on A&E’s Flipping Boston, in the Boston Globe, Fine Homebuilding Magazine, and is a multi-year winner of North Shore Home Magazine’s Best Of awards. With over 20 years of experience as a craftswoman in a male dominated industry, Brooke is dedicated to consistently guiding her team to deliver a premium product. In her free time, she is an avid sportswoman, and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and walking the many beautiful Northshore beaches with her wife and beloved lab pups. | Joe Cook began his work in the building trades in the mid-1990’s. He began by mastering the application of fine finishes on custom trims, cabinets, floors and walls. Having run a successful painting business he continued to expand his building vocabulary to include all crafts including framing, trim, electrical and tile work while remodeling some of the more luxurious homes in the Mission Hills and Country Club Plaza neighborhoods. His work has been seen in Architectural Digest and on the Parade of Homes tour of Kansas City. Joe has honed his skills in business over a career of working face to face with clients, architects, and subcontractors to achieve fantastic results. |
