Latitude Exterior Acrylic Latex Paint
ClimateFlex technology from Sherwin Williams enables you to paint longer into both the hot and cold seasons.
The best time for painting the exterior of a house is during warm and dry seasons, but homes don’t wait for a specific time of the year before they start peeling and fading. Enter Latitude exterior acrylic latex paint by Sherwin-Williams. This new paint option is the latest to utilize the company’s ClimateFlex technology, which combines Sherwin-Williams’ early moisture resistance and ExtremeTemp technologies.
The company claims the paint’s moisture resistance kicks in in as little as 30 minutes, protecting the freshly painted surface from runs, blisters, or watermarks. ExtremeTemp allows for even application with air and surface temperatures as cold as 35°F and as hot as 120°F. Latitude paint is available in flat, satin, and gloss sheens. If applied on vinyl siding, it can be combined with Sherwin-Williams VinylSafe paint, which enables the use of darker colors without the typical buckling that comes from applying it on top of a lighter-colored vinyl.
Latitude paint is available starting at $75 per gal.
