It can be hard or impossible to fit an entire roll of electrical tape in a tight place. But if you cut off an 8-in. to 10-in. piece of tape, you can roll it up on itself with the adhesive side out. Now you can use the mini roll of tape to wrap a connection or repair a wire without the tape getting tangled and dirty.
