Functional Floating Vanity for Smaller Bathrooms
Signature Hardware’s elegant Nadiya wall-mount vessel-sink vanity provides more floor space for smaller bathrooms.
A challenge for a smaller bathroom is figuring out how to recoup floor space to make the room feel larger while also maintaining adequate functional space. Large vanities provide storage for the bathroom clutter that inevitably accumulates, but they also add significant visual bulk.
The Nadiya Wall-Mount Vessel Sink Vanity from Signature Hardware strikes this balance with a simple form that offers limited but functional counter space. With a depth of 12-1/8 in., the vanity is shallower than most, which lessens its footprint in the bathroom. It comes in three widths—18 in., 24 in., or 30 in.—to accommodate different room dimensions. The 18-in. and 24-in. versions include a cutout niche to hold a hand towel, leaving one less thing that needs to find a place in the room, and the 30-in. option comes with two hand-towel niches.
To make up for the storage you would normally get with a larger vanity, the Nadiya can be paired nicely with a custom medicine cabinet or wall shelves placed strategically in the room. The vanity is available in three different materials and finishes—unfinished maple, acacia with a Chestnut Brown finish, or bamboo with a Mocha Brown finish—any of which can lend a natural feel to the space.
The vanity has a 2-in. drain hole and requires a vessel sink smaller than 12 in. in diameter. Pricing starts at $330, including mounting hardware, and you can also opt for a predrilled faucet hole for an additional $30.
