Sharper Shovels
Use a flap disc on a grinder to create a sharp edge that will slice through soil.
Here’s a tip for landscaping work: A sharp shovel slices through soil with less effort than one with a blunt edge, which pretty much all shovels have when you buy them, so I like to sharpen mine. I find it easier to create a smooth, sharp, non-jagged edge with a flap disc on my grinder instead of a grinding wheel.
