This dining room exudes elegance and classical craftsmanship, with coffered ceiling, paneled walls and arched entryway. The Shingle Style house, in western Connecticut, was built in 1890 and had undergone a vigorous renovation and remodel before I was sent there to shoot it. The detailing throughout was beautiful and bore witness to the skill of the builders. A very interesting project to photograph!
