Stripped-Screw Fix
Chopsticks work just as well as dowel scraps for filling stripped and oversized screw holes.
My cabinetmaker father used to always carry dowel scraps in his nail pouch for filling stripped and oversized screw holes, but chopsticks work just as well. Sharpen the tip in a pencil sharpener (1), cut off the resulting cone with diagonal cutters (2), and drive the sharpened chopstick tip into the hole (3). Repeat until the chopstick is used up.
