Alan Barley

Architect and interior designer Alan Barley, AIA, has been designing sustainable custom homes across the United States for the past 25 years. With his business partner, Peter Pfeiffer, he is principal and owner in the 23-year-old firm Barley & Pfeiffer Architects in Austin, Texas. When not designing homes, Alan spends time with his wife and three children, and stays busy as a guitarist, photographer, and guitar collector.
