Brent Benner
When he was young, Brent Benner was inspired by his grandfather’s woodworking shop. Although Brent’s career path began in horticulture, he reconnected with woodworking during a long Nantucket winter. He runs the Roxbury Cabinet Co. (www.roxburycabinet.com) in Roxbury, Conn., where he designs and builds custom cabinetry and furniture. When he’s not in the shop, Brent can usually be found in the garden or on a hike with his wife, Jennifer, and enjoys spending time with his son, Will. Brent has contributed to Fine Homebuilding since 2008.
