Bryan & Julie Mise are longtime residents of Summerville, SC who are raising their teenage daughter Hayden in the town that they love. In 2004, they embarked on the journey of building their first home together. Having grown up around the construction industry, Bryan was prepared to be the general contractor for their project. And as first-time homeowner builders, they completed their custom home in just 9 months. After their project was a success, Bryan went on to obtain his residential builder’s license. However, after choosing a different career path in 2008, he decided to go back to college to finish his undergrad degree. Not anticipating that he would ever “need” his license again, Bryan gave it up in 2015. It’s funny how life throws you curve balls from time to time. Now in 2022, Bryan is embarking on their last “forever” home build in the historic district of Summerville, SC.
