Carolyn Murray Anderson

Carolyn Murray Anderson began designing in her backyard at the age of 8, raking leaves into floor plans, so it was serendipity when she bumped into former senior editor Roe A. Osborn at a B&B on San Juan Island, Washington. Roe asked her to write for FHB, and two years later she had relocated to the East Coast and was ready to write. Carolyn has helped people all over the United States and Canada with home design, and runs two businesses: Heritage Design Group, where she focuses on kitchens; and Anusara Home, where she works on home design.
