Greg Woleck is a project management consultant at HELM Construction Solutions with over two decades experience in the industry. He began his career in the field and developed through the ranks of carpenter, lead carpenter, estimator, project manager, and production manager. Greg has worked throughout the Northeast on custom new homes and renovations. He loves to concentrate on systems development, LEAN construction practices, Integrated Project Delivery, pre-construction planning, and technology implementation.
