The company specializes in one-of-a kind luxury homes in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. The company has a major emphasis on green and sustainable construction practices and won three Aurora and Two Grand Aurora awards in the areas of Sustainability and Solar Power at the SEBC for a recently completed project on Treasure Island, Florida. Jeff has served on St. Petersburg’s Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Board since being appointed to this post in 1995.
