John Constantini, along with business partner Joe Filanowski, founded J&J Custom Builders of Milford, Conn., in 1999. The company operates under the belief that integrity, honesty, and the highest-quality craftsmanship are core principles that guide both the building process and good business relationships. John started building when he was 17, and still wears a tool belt every day while he manages the job site.
