Josh Edmonds is a Certified Passive House Consultant and builder. He is the managing partner at Simple Integrity LLC, a Cooperstown, N.Y.–based construction company specializing in high-performance homes and historic restorations. While managing a company has limited the time he can spend on-site, Josh still prefers the occasional days when he gets to work with his hands building projects.
