Mark Edmundson served a two-year apprenticeship under James Krenov at the College of the Redwoods before starting his own custom woodworking business in 1997. He lives with his family in Sandpoint, Idaho, the ideal location to indulge in some of his other favorite activities with his two sons: mountainbiking, snowboarding, and skiing. In fact, his interest in snow sports and woodworking led to the development of his Chiller Deck snowboard, which combines his custom-built skateboard decks with a snowboard.
