Matt Coffey

Matt grew up as his father’s carpentry apprentice. After Wentworth’s Architecture program in Boston and France, he became a LEED-AP and pursued a diverse sustainability education at The Ecosa Institute, The Glenn Murcutt Master Class, and with the Biomimicry Guild. He and his wife, bought an SMCo-built zero-net energy home in 2010 and the experience deepened his appreciation for high performance design, leading him to a career in architecture at South Mountain Company.
